How long does a quartz service take?
A standard quartz battery replacement and seal check is usually completed on the same day or within 24 hours. If the gasket needs replacing, we will let you know before proceeding and it typically adds one more day.
Can you service a watch I inherited from a relative?
Yes. Our Vintage Movement Revival service is designed for exactly this situation. We approach inherited pieces with particular care and keep you informed throughout the process. If parts are difficult to source, we discuss options with you openly.
What is included in the Vintage Movement Revival price?
The ฿7,600 base price covers the full movement clean, fresh lubrication of all components, and regulation. Parts sourcing is quoted separately depending on what is required, and we will always obtain your agreement before ordering anything.
Do you fit straps I have purchased elsewhere?
Certainly. We are happy to fit straps and bracelets you have already sourced. Our Bracelet and Strap Fitting service includes careful handling of your watch's lug finish and a comfortable wrist fit check.
How do I get a repair estimate before committing?
You can bring the watch in for a no-obligation assessment, or send us a message through the contact form below with a description and a few photos. We will come back to you with a realistic estimate before any work is scheduled.
Is my watch insured while it is with you?
We handle every piece as though it were our own and store watches in secure conditions. We document the watch's condition on intake and can discuss arrangements for higher-value or particularly sentimental pieces when you bring it in.
