How every job begins
Regardless of the service, every piece goes through the same intake process: documented condition notes, a thorough assessment, and a written quote before any work starts. We do not assume what a watch needs — we look first.
For quartz work, this typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. For vintage mechanical pieces, the assessment may extend over a day or two, particularly if the movement needs to be run to check regulation before stripping. You are welcome to ask questions at any stage.
Parts are quoted separately from labour and ordered only after your approval. We source locally where possible and abroad where necessary.

Quartz Movement Care

Battery replacement, seal inspection, and movement testing for quartz watches, carried out with attention to keeping moisture out of the case. We check the gasket condition and advise if a replacement is sensible — a step frequently skipped elsewhere but particularly important in Bangkok's humid climate.
A straightforward service for everyday wristwatches that you would like to keep running reliably. Includes a visual inspection of the dial, hands, and crystal condition.
What is included:
- Battery replacement (grade-matched cell)
- Crown seal and case gasket inspection
- Movement function and timing check
- Visual condition report at collection
- Gasket replacement quoted separately if needed
Process steps:
- 01 Case opened and battery carefully removed
- 02 Seal and gasket assessed under magnification
- 03 New battery installed, movement tested for correct function
- 04 Case resealed and timing verified

Bracelet & Strap Fitting

Sizing, link adjustment, and refitting of metal bracelets and leather straps, along with replacement of worn spring bars. We take time to fit the piece comfortably to your wrist and handle the finish gently — avoiding the scratches that can result from poorly-fitted tools.
Suitable for both new acquisitions and older watches whose bracelets no longer sit as they should. We can also fit straps you have sourced independently.
What is included:
- Link addition or removal for correct wrist sizing
- Spring bar inspection and replacement
- Clasp function check
- Finish-safe tool handling throughout
- Fitting of customer-supplied straps
Process steps:
- 01 Wrist measured and ideal sizing discussed
- 02 Links adjusted using protected tools
- 03 Spring bars inspected and replaced where worn
- 04 Watch tried on for comfort and fit confirmation

Service 03
Vintage Movement Revival

A careful service for older mechanical pieces, including thorough cleaning, fresh lubrication, and sourcing of period-appropriate parts where available. We work patiently and keep you informed at each step, treating sentimental pieces with the respect they deserve.
A considered option for watches passed down through a family or acquired as part of a collection. We discuss the realistic outcomes honestly — including cases where full restoration is not sensible.
What is included:
- Full movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
- Fresh lubrication with grade-appropriate oils
- Regulation and 24-hour rate testing
- Parts sourcing from domestic and international suppliers
- Stage updates throughout the process
Process steps:
- 01 Initial assessment and running condition check
- 02 Movement disassembled and inspected for worn components
- 03 Parts sourced where necessary (quoted separately)
- 04 Cleaned, lubricated, and reassembled
- 05 Regulated and rate-tested over 24 hours before collection
Typical duration: 2–6 weeks depending on parts availability

Condition Documentation
Every piece is photographed on intake. The record is retained and shared with you on request.
Secure On-Site Storage
Watches in our care are held in locked, humidity-controlled conditions. Access restricted to workshop staff.
Written Quotation
All work is quoted in writing, itemised clearly. No work proceeds without your explicit agreement.
Direct Communication
You deal with the same people throughout. No call centres, no third-party intermediaries.
Post-Service Verification
All pieces are function-tested before collection. Mechanical movements are rate-checked over 24 hours.
No Surprise Charges
If the work reveals something beyond the original scope, we contact you before proceeding. The final bill will not exceed the agreed amount.
